Harold L. “Bud” Brown, age 73, of Tavares, FL passed away on Saturday, March 30, 2013. He was born June 19, 1939 in Bath, NY. He was the co-owner of Bath TV & Service, Inc. He was a member of the Elks, the Moose, Centenary United Methodist Church in Bath and Union Congregational Church in Tavares, FL. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Jane B. Brown of Tavares, FL; brothers, Henry R. “Hub” (Pat) Brown of Bath, NY and William F. Brown of Winston Salem, NC; sisters, Judy (Cliff) Cole of Tavares, FL, Kathaleen (Phillip) Glosick of Bath, NY and Charlotte (John) Roche of Rochester, NY and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his sister, Mary Alice Prentice. Friends may call on Monday, April 8, 2013 from 1:00-3:00 pm at Fagan’s Funeral Home in Bath. An Elks Service will be held at 2:45 and a Funeral Service will follow at 3:00 pm at the funeral home with Reverend Jeff McDowell officiating. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Centenary United Methodist Church, 3 W. Washington St, Bath, NY 14810 or Union Congregational Church, 302 N. St. Clair Abrams, Tavares, FL 32778.
