Robbie gave me hope, inspiration, laughter, and faith. A true joy to work with, a true blessing to know. The world will not be the same with him not walking among us, but knowing that he has been called home ... I know he has met his goal and doing the work he felt he needed to do. I will never forget Robbie's positive attitude, dedication and love he had for anyone that crossed his path. Robbie always knew what to say and how to turn any negative into a positive. There arent enough nice words to say about him. Robbie, you will always be in my heart. Love always, "Lil sis"

Robbie was quite a memorable cousin for me. We hung around a lot as youngsters and he was always adventuresome, daring and a whole lot of fun. I am glad to see how great of a person he was as a man as he ventured out to help others. My wife Savannah and I pray that the "Peace of God that surpasses all understanding" will rest and abide with his wife, his children, his siblings and with each member of the extended Phifer family.

The Lord has a plan that all of us must follow and he does not make mistakes, he has with him now a very good person, I will always remember Robbie as a kind and loving soul, he will be missed, but I can see Aunt Margaret and My Mother Blanche waiting at the door saying come on in we will take care of you.
