Obituary of Wayne Russell Bubbs

Wayne R. Bubbs was born January 31, 1948 in Olean, NY and died September 18, 2013. I had a very good life. Graduated 1966, went into the Navy 1968. Thanks to Jim Russo, had great duty on aircraft carrier the Wasp. Worked 38 years on construction as a laborer #1355, equipment operator #832 and also worked for Cold Spring gas pipeline. Had great parents (Betty and Howard Bubbs and brother Craig, predeceased) and great friends. Aunt Donna and Uncle Bob and Dale and Sherry cousins are the best. Have the Waxel clan in Olean. Special friends in George Harkness, Donna Pecor, Bub and Nancy, Bill Cochran, Andy Shoe and John Fisher. I thank all the docs and nurses. No tears. Keep things simple. At my request there will be no calling hours or services. Give some blood to the Red Cross if you can. SEE YOU ON THE FLIP SIDE AND DON’T BE LATE. Burial will be in Bath National Cemetery and arrangements are at the convenience of the family.
