Madeline “Susie” J. Ritter, age 77, of Bath, NY died November 26, 2013 at Elcor Health Services in Horseheads, NY. She was born in Bath, NY December 22, 1935, the daughter of Walter and Maude (Platt) Palmer. She had worked at Westinghouse in Bath, NY and Mercury Aircraft in Hammondsport, NY.
She is survived by her daughters, Lisa (Robert) Wurth and Verona Madigan; sons, Anthony (Michelle) Ritter and Ronald Ritter; grandchildren, Lisa Madigan, James Johnson, Justin Ritter, Kristen Ritter, Chad Ritter and Brielle Wurth; brothers Richard ‘Dick’ (Joanne) Palmer and Robert ‘Bud’ Palmer and her sister Thelma (Roger) Shaut. She was predeceased by her husband James B. Ritter and grandson Dean French.
Family and friends are invited to call on Saturday December 7, 2013 from 12:00-1:00 pm at Fagan's Funeral Home, 31 West Morris St., Bath, NY. Memorial services will follow at 1:00 pm at the funeral home with Rev. Jeffrey McDowell officiating.
