I was so shocked and saddened to learn of zDick's death. We had been friends since childhood and our back yards aborted one another. Dick was at .y 50th Jubilee and we talked a few times a year. My deepest sympathy to the entire family a d friends. Dick will forever be in my heart and prayers. I pray that he will rest in peace in the loving arms of His God.

I am so sorry to hear about Dick's passing. I feel very fortunate to have known Dick since my childhood and we spent many fun times together in Corning and in Mittersill, Austria. Dick was a true gentleman, kind hearted and a lot of fun to be around with. I will always remember you, RIP Dick

I had the honor of providing new Lexus vehicles to Dick since the early 90’s. I always looked forward to his service visits. A “true” character with extreme whit and personality. One of my favorites.

I was Dick Rahill's Secretary for about 15 years when he was VP of the Electronics Div. at Corning. The memories of working for and with him and knowing his family are flooding back to me at this time of his passing. Kevin, Sue, Sharon, and Michelle were in their early years to mid teens at that time. He was a great team leader, and interested in the families of those who worked for him. The whole team was invited to outside work picnics dinners, trips, etc. He got involved in the United Way during that time, and was dedicated to it. I moved to Henrietta in 1984 and lost contact with him, but will never forget our work relationship. He was always on the move and striving for more success for the business and himself. He was a challenge to keep up with, but he challenged me to do many more things than type, file, and get coffee. You all have many more memories, and I trust you will find comfort and peace as you relive them. God Bless him and all of you at this difficult time. Joyce Shutts

I worked for Dick in Corning's Electronics Products division in the late '70s and early '80s. He was a great leader, and kind manager and a very devoted boss. I was greatly enjoyed working in his organization, and am very sad to learn of his passing.
