Stephen L. Smith, age 67, of Bath, NY died Friday, February 21, 2020. He was born September 2, 1952 in the Bronx, NY, the son of Peter and Margaret Smith. Mr. Smith was a US Navy Vietnam Veteran. He is survived by his children; Peggy, Patrick, Liam and Stephanie, and his brother Peter. His ashes will be interred in Saratoga Springs, NY in his families plot. Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
