Obituary of Constance Jean Wolfe

Constance J. Wolfe of Bath, NY and previously Prattsburgh, NY, died peacefully Thursday morning April 23rd, 2020 at the Steuben Center where she had been a resident for the past three years. Connie ( as she preferred to be called ), was born July 7th, 1934 in Pike, NY. She was the daughter of Elmer and Ruth Baker Flint, formerly of Prattsburgh and Bath before their passing. She was a wife, homemaker, loving Mother and Grandmother and friend to many. For several years she worked as a Nurses Aide and Home Healthcare provider in Wyoming and Steuben counties. Her love and gift of music through her voice and piano playing and teaching, allowed her the opportunity to provide support to many church choirs, weddings and events over the years. She is survived by her daughter, Donna L. Wolfe and son Douglas L. Wolfe, both of Canandaigua, NY. And sons, W. Jeffery Wolfe of Dover, DE; Roger J. Wolfe ( Johanna ) of Eastford, CT; and Steven P. Wolfe ( Holly ) of Dundee, NY. She is also survived by five Grandchildren, two Great Grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Final arrangements are being handled by Fagan’s Funeral Home of Bath. There will be no calling hours. A private memorial service will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family, with internment at the Pleasant Valley Cemetery. Friends wishing to, may make a contribution in her remembrance to the music programs of their local churches, schools or assisted living facilities.
