Beverly J. Akins, age 80, of Bath, NY passed away Sunday, May 17, 2020 at home. Mrs. Akins was born, August 4, 1939 in Bath, NY the daughter of the late Eugene and Dora (Williams) Ordway. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Akins enjoyed doing puzzles and latch hook designs. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family and taking care of her many animals.
She is survived by her children; Brian (Diane) Akins, Bruce (Denise) Akins, Randy (Mary) Akins, Timothy Akins, Tammy (Thomas) Robbins, Melodie Akins and Kimberly Akins, numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Elbert Z. Akins and brother Rodney Ordway.
Private graveside services for the immediate family will be held on Friday May 29, 2020 in Bath, and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
