Obituary of Thomas Ryan Peasley

Thomas R. Peasley, age 81, of Rochester, NY, died Tuesday, July 21, 2020 peacefully at his nieces home in Cohocton, NY. Mr. Peasley was born in Rochester, NY on October 25, 1938. He served in the Peace Corps in India and also was a US Army and Army Reserves Veteran. He had worked at URMC in medical equipment procurement. Mr. Peasley enjoyed a life long passion as a cyclyist, riding and building bicycles. He was predeceased by his father Wiliam J. Peasley and step mother Helen Townsend, brother William A. Peasley and sisters, Irene M. Clarke and Adele G. Marino. He is survived by his brother George (Jean) Satter; two nieces, Renay (Steve) McNally of Cohocton, NY and Patricia Raynor and several great nieces and nephews. Burial with military honors was held at the Bath National Cemetery in Bath, NY. In lieu of flowers, please consider donations to an animal shelter of your choice.
