Paul A. Dillenbeck 1953-2020 Paul passed away peacefully on November 9, 2020 after a long illness, in Bath, New York. Paul was born November 21, 1953 in Albany, NY. He attended Draper High School and in 1972 joined the U.S. Army, and did his training at Fort Dix, NJ and Fort Campbell, Kentucky. After training he served as an Airframe repairman in the 172nd Infantry Brigade, in Fort Wainwright, Alaska until 1975. After returning from the Army, Paul was a volunteer firefighter in Rotterdam District 2 Fire Department and was an EMT for local ambulance companies. In 1982, Paul became a firefighter/EMT for the City of Schenectady, until his retirement in March of 2004. Paul is predeceased by his father, Wallace and his mother, Jean, of Rotterdam, New York. He is survived by his sons Matthew (Mary) of South Portland, Maine and Peter, of Scotia, New York; his brother David (Judy) of Port Richey, Florida and former wife Heidi. There will be no services at this time. Burial will be in Memory Gardens. The family is planning a celebration of life in the summer of 2021.
