For those of you who knew Marc you know he lived every day to the fullest. If you were with Marc you knew you were going to have a good time and a lot of laughs, especially at Joe’s, Lost and Found, or at Camp Outlaw. He was known to enjoy an occasional beverage and may have scratched off a lottery ticket every once in a while. Marc was a long-time employee at Sleve Construction, working with his good friend Tim Sleve. He was an exceptional carpenter and a bit of a jack-of-all-trades. When he wasn’t working, he loved spending time with his boys and his grandchildren. He was a hunter, a softball umpire, a practical joker, and a story teller. He was an avid poker player, and participated in the World Series of Poker in Las Vegas in 2006, He enjoyed canning pickles with Tricia, and was really looking forward to watching Blake play his senior season of basketball at Dundee this fall. He was a great friend to many and he was never too busy to help out when asked. He really loved his family and friends and more importantly, they really loved him back. A special thank you to “Boogie”, Gina and Donny for all their friendship and support this past week. And to Marc’s Grandma Genny for a lifetime of support and love.
