Elizabeth A. "Betty" King, age 86, of Bath, NY died Sunday, July 6, 2014 at home. Betty was born January 22, 1928 in Buffalo, NY to Charles and Anna (Madigan) Frederick. Surviving is her husband Ronald E. King. Betty is survived by her children David C. King of Rochester, NY, Brenda (Mark) White of Helena, MT, Rhonda (Mark) Tobias of Bath, NY, and Neal (Hilda) King of San Marcos, CA; daughter-in-law Lynda King of Encore, SC; sister-in-law Ruth King of Bath, NY; 18 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews; and close friends Mary Murphy and Sue Hudson. She was predeceased by son, Mark King; sister, Margaret Hughes; and brothers John and William Frederick. Betty was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She enjoyed knitting and crafts. She was a retired payroll clerk with the Bath Veterans Administration, Bath, NY. She was a member of St. Thomas Episcopal Church, Bath, NY. Family and Friends are invited to call on Wednesday, July 9, 2014 from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Fagan's Funeral Home, 31 West Morris Street, Bath, NY. Services will be held on Thursday, July 10, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Thomas Episcopal Church, 122 Liberty Street, Bath, NY. Reverend Lynne Sharp will be officiating. Burial will be in Nondaga Cemetery, Bath, NY.
