On Monday, March 29, 2021, William L. Simons, devoted husband and father, passed at the age of 59. Bill was born in Urbana, NY, to Victor and Patricia Jane (Stryker) Simons. Bill was a working man and could oftentimes be found fixing YOUR furnace. Bill spent many hours as a self-employed heating, plumbing, and industrial HVAC, technician. Bill married Patricia Wilson on October 20, 1984. Together they had three sons; William, Joshua and Nicholas. Bill enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and shooting, which he could be found spending his free time doing with his family and closest friends (and camping buddies) Les and Missy Brown. He lived for his family; he adored his wife, his three sons, and his grandchildren. Bill is survived by his wife Patty; his three sons, William (Cortney) Simons, Joshua (Tara) Simons and Nicholas; his grandchildren, Liam and Benjamin Simons, his daughter Courtney (Anthony) Fusco; siblings, Michael (Flossie) Stryker, Victor Simons, Jody Partridge, Joel (Randy) Brazie, Thomas (Elizabeth) Simons, Marti (Trudy) Simons, Julie (Phillip) Durham, Jeramee (David) Walden and Jaymee Roland. He is predeceased by his parents, Victor and Patricia Simons. Public calling hours will be held at Fagan's Funeral Home in Bath, NY on Saturday, April 3, 2021 from 2:00-4:00 pm, followed by a private service for the family.
