Betty Marie Tough Dietter passed away April 3, 2021, at the age of 95, at home with family. She was born in Rochester, NY on February 23, 1926 to Alexander and Mary Tough. She married Robert G. Dietter on June 30, 1944. They moved to Campbell in the summer of 1947 when Bob started teaching at Campbell Central School. She is survived by her children; R. Terry Dietter of Sarasota, FL, George (Nancy) Dietter of Clifton Springs, NY, Deanna Vosburgh and her 4-legged companion of 14 years, Molly. Betty was predeceased by her husband Bob, son Craig Alan Dietter, son-in-law Craig Vosburgh and daughter-in-law Hilda Kingery Dietter. She had 9 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren. Betty was blessed with a very sharp mind that she still had to the end. She could remember minute details about family events/vacations and had a vast knowledge of both her ancestors, and her husband's. Rest in peace Mom, you had a long, fun-loving, wonderful life. See you on the "flip-side", Betty Boop! There will be no calling hours. Burial will be at the convenience of the family in Hope Cemetery in Campbell, NY. Memorial donations can be made to Care First, 3805 Meads Creek Road, Painted Post, NY 14870 and the Campbell Volunteer Fire Department, 4795 Church Street, Campbell, NY 14821.
