Obituary of Burnette Rose Musto

Burnette Rose (Dickinson) Musto, age 74, of Prattsburgh New York went to be with our Lord Jesus, April 28, 2021, after a battle with ALS. Burnette was surrounded by her loved ones at the time of her calling home to be with her heavenly family and our Lord Jesus. She was born September 30, 1946 to John S. Dickinson and Emma M. (Wiegert) Dickinson. Burnette grew up in Macedon, New York and graduated from Pal-Mac. Burnette has spent 25 years working as Office Business Manager for Visions Hotel out of Corning, New York before her retiring in 2018. Her special interest was her grandchildren but of course her children as well. Burnette dedicated her life to her family and our Lord Jesus. Burnette is survived by her daughter Kim M. (Musto) Humphrey, son and wife Brian (Megan) Musto, and daughter Lori Anne (Musto) Miller. Burnette's precious wonders were her grandchildren Bradley Musto, Joshua Humphrey, Matthew Humphrey, Jordan (Allison) Humphrey, Clay (Danielle) Miller, Emma (Jesse) Miller, Payge Miller, Garette Miller, Brooke Musto and her great-grandson Dylan Musto. Her cherished sister Elaine (Donald) Dohse, brother in law Walter McNett, brother in law Bruce(Naomi) Musto, brother in law Tim Musto (Diana) Musto, and sister in law Evelena Johnson, several cousins, nieces and nephews. Burnette was predeceased by her Husband Garry L. Musto, her parents John S. and Emma M. Dickinson, sister Marylin McNett; and niece Kathy (McNett) Pierce. The family would like to give a special thank you and acknowledgement to Visions Hotel, Arun Patel and Hemant Patel for all the wonderful years they shared with our mother. Family and friends are invited to a celebrate the life of Burnette at Fagan's Funeral Home in Bath on Wednesday, May 5th from 4:00-7:00 pm. A graveside service will be held on Thursday May 6th at 1:00 pm at the Prattsburgh Rural Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations are welcomed in Burnette Musto’s memory to Siegenthaler Center in New Hartford, New York as their staff was very loving and caring during her final days. There will be no gathering to follow after the graveside funeral service due to Covid regulations and safety concerns, the family will be having a gathering at a later date to follow at The Musto Pond.
