Obituary of Dale L. Peck

Dale L. Peck, age 71, of Bath, NY died Monday, July 5, 2021 at the Taylor Health Center. He was born May 19, 1950 in Buffalo, NY the son of the late Laurence H. and Florence (Fisher) Peck. Dale went to Maryvale High School in Cheektowaga, NY graduating in 1969. He continued on to Monroe Community College in search of a food service degree. Dale remained in the Cheektowaga area until moving to Bath, NY in 1996 where he stayed, working in many restaurants in the area until his retirement. Dale's passion was always music. You could consider him a "Dead Head" following the Grateful Dead along with many other groups of the 70's. Dale loved music so much that he could give you the lyrics to many songs if you asked. He loved to watch music DVD's in his spare time. Dale also followed the Pro Wrestling programs on TV and also DVD's. He was an avid Buffalo Bills fan, staying true to them whether they were winning or losing. He is survived by his sisters, Joan Peck of Penn Yan, NY and Lois Peck of Bath, NY; step brothers, Roger Ackerman of Bath, NY and Richard Ackerman of Penn Yan, NY and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Family and friends are invited to the visitation on Thursday, July 8, 2021 from 1:00-3:00 pm at Fagan's Funeral Home in Bath with funeral services to follow at 3:00 pm. Private graveside services will be in the Branchport Cemetery. Memorial donations in his name may be made to the Taylor Health Center, 7571 State Route 54, Bath, NY 14810.
