Obituary of Mary K. Seager

Mary K. Seager, age 81, of Campbell, NY passed away July 19, 2021 at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center. Mary was born in Risingville, NY on September 6, 1939, the daughter of the late James and Evelyn (Koon) Schonher. Mary retired from Polly-O Dairy and also managed and Co-Owned the Seager Trailer Park in Campbell, NY for many years. Mary was an active member of the Campbell United Methodist Church and past member of the Risingville Methodist Church. She was a member of the National Grange and achieved the national level of Seventh Degree of Husbandry. Mary was involved for many years with helping her husband plan the Lion's Club Variety Shows. She and her husband enjoyed dancing. They choreographed and taught line dancing in the local area and central Florida, and eventually earned the chance to share their dancing on national television from Nashville. Mary and her husband Richard enjoyed living in Florida during the winter months for more than twenty years. She had a very outgoing personality that won her many close friends. She was a loving wife and mother and will be missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Richard L. Seager; children, Shawn (Sara) Seager and Michele Seager; grandchildren, Cody Seager, Justin Morgan and Peggy Erick, great grandchildren Raydia Seager, Dakota and April Corwin, brother Alan Schonher and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sisters, Althea Remchuck and Lena Geyer. Family and friends are invited to her memorial service at the Campbell United Methodist Church on August 7, 2021 at 11:00 am.
