My sincere condolences goes out to Mrs. Billings, Daughters Joan, Jennifer, son Charlie, grands and great- grand and surrounding family and friends, I have worked as his caregiver for the past 4 years and it has been such a delight he was always friendly, kind and jovial (funny) always making me laugh with his sarcasms it seem so surreal that you are really gone you left so peaceful and will be greatly missed; Until we meet again sleep on and take your rest R.I.P
