Obituary of Rodney L. Bulkley

Rodney L. Bulkley, 58, of Savona, NY went to be with the Lord our savior on Monday, October 25, 2021 at Strong Memorial Hospital. Rodney was born December 14, 1962 in Bath, New York and is the son of the late Edwin O. Bulkley Sr. and Geraldine L. Saxton Bulkley. He is predeceased by his brothers Earl Bulkley and Clair Bulkley Sr. as well as his sister Karen A. Bulkley. Rodney leaves behind his loving wife Barb of 36 years and two children, Jefferey R. Bulkley of Canisteo, NY and Jessie L. Griffin of Hammondsport, NY, one grandson Lucas R. Cook of Savona, NY and two granddaughters Hannah E. Griffin and MacKenzie R. Griffin both of Rush, NY. He is survived by his siblings Edwin Bulkley Jr. of Bath, NY, Harold Bulkley Sr. of Campbell, NY, Lynwood Bulkley of Campbell, NY, Cheryl Thomas of Avoca, NY, Geraldine Dobson of Bradford, NY, Marlene Stopka of Savona, NY, Charlene Sanford of Savona, NY, Brenda Sargent of Palo, MI and Carlene Stone of Bath, NY. Rodney enjoyed playing darts and playing pool, and played in several tournaments. He worked 11 years as a Welder at Mercury Aircraft in Hammondsport, NY, and worked at Southern Tier Auto Recycling in Beaver Dams, NY and also Air Flow Manufacturing in Prattsburgh, NY. Rodney was a well known man and had many friends from all over. He loved his family and enjoyed spending time with his nieces and nephews. He will be greatly missed by many. A Celebration of his life will be held at the Bradford Fire Hall on Saturday November 20, 2021 from 3:00 pm until.
