Obituary of Richard Paul Millhollen

Richard P. MILLHOLLEN, 89, recently of Horseheads, formerly a long-time resident of Tyrone, passed away Jan. 5, 2022 at the Bath VAMC. Dick was born Dec. 20, 1932, to Irene Millhollen. He served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean conflict, stationed in Baumholder, Germany. After their marriage in 1955, Dick and his wife Betty spent several years in California before returning to New York in 1970 to reside in Tyrone on the Millhollen family farm. He retired as a driver for James Henderson Farms, Penn Yan. Dick is survived by his beloved wife of 65 years, Betty Lear Millhollen; sister-in-law Marilyn Lear and nephew Thomas (Michele) Lear, with daughters Emily and McKenzie, all of Horseheads, New York. He will be laid to rest at the Bath National Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
