Ann (Sally) Ritter, age 85, passed away on March 1, 2022. She was born May 15, 1936 to the parents of Jack and Claire Heidel from Elizabeth, New Jersey. Sally graduated in 1954 from Battin High school in Elizabeth NJ and earned a BA degree from the University of Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh, PA. Sally had a love and passion for dogs and owned a kennel in Beaver County, PA for many years. Sally enjoyed traveling and camping esp. at Lewey Lake in the Adirondacks. She had a talent for quilting and had the patience for jigsaw puzzles. She is preceded in death by her former husband Neil Ritter, her parents, and a brother Jack Heidel. Sally is survived by a Sister Joan (Norm) Mckinney of New Jersey, Brother-in-law Joe (Barbra) Ritter of NJ, Children, Neil (Mary) Ritter of Millerton, PA, Kenny (Joanna) Ritter of Houston, TX and Kelly (Joe) Moffett of Yukon, Oklahoma. Grandchildren: Michelle (Dave ) Mosher Shippensburg, PA, Zac, Cody and Kenny Ritter of TX. Tori (Trevor) Ritter of St. Petersburg, FL, Devon Moffett of Yukon, OK, Donald, Douglas (Barb) Crouch of Campbell, NY and Dean Crouch of Syracuse, NY, four great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the ASPCA in the name of Ann (Sally) Ritter. Calling hours will be held on Thursday March 10, 2022 at Fagan's Funeral Home in Bath, NY from 2:00-4:00 pm with a memorial service to follow at 4:00 pm.
