Obituary of Chester William Wagner

Chester William "Bill" Wagner, age 70, of Watkins Glen, NY died Sunday August 7, 2022 at the Guthrie Corning Hospital. Bill was born in Penn Yan, NY on January 22, 1952, the son of Chester H. and Sylvia J. (Clark) Wagner.  Bill was a lifelong Dairy Farmer and a member of the Carpenter's Union. He was an avid hunter and trapper. Bill's favorite time was spent with family, especially with his children and grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife of 43 years Mary (Donnelly) Wagner of Watkins Glen, NY; children, Kelly (Jeff) Houck and Nicole (Chad) Keefer of Bradford, NY, Kristen (Spencer) Wagner and  Patricia Briscoe of Dundee, NY and William Wagner of Tyrone, NY, 16 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren; sisters, Bonnie Bagley, Carol Galpeer and Debbie (Steve) Bailey and several nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by his parents, his brother Ed Wagner and nephew David Konopski.
