Obituary of Audrey Jean Kaszewski

Audrey Kaszewski, 93, of Bath, NY passed away on August 28, 2022 at the Taylor Health Center.  She was born May 23, 1929 in Rutland Township, PA to Emma and Lewis Wright.  In 1953 she married the late Walter Kaszewski, who passed away in 1994, and later married Wilson Bump who passed away in 2009.

A loving wife, mother and grandmother. Audrey is survived by her daughter Gail (Joe) Tomb, son Thomas Kaszewski, daughter-in-law Tammy Kaszewski and several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.  She was predeceased by both husbands, two sons, Lewis Kaszewski and Bruce Kaszewski, daughter-in-law June Kaszewski and granddaughter Autumn Kaszewski.  She was the last survivor of eleven siblings.

Audrey was generous during her 93 years  of life.  If you visited her, you would often go home with a gift she had sewn or crocheted, a quilt, pillowcases  or an afghan.  When her grandchildren were young she devoted many hours babysitting. She also enjoyed nature, watching birds and wildlife in her backyard.  She will be missed.

Private burial services will be held at the Bath National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial donations in her name may be made to the Finger Lakes SPCA in Bath, NY.
