Obituary of Pamela Kay Bolton

Pamela Kay Bolton, age 78, of Avoca, NY died Tuesday, November 15, 2022 at the Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, PA.  She was born in Bath, NY July 12, 1944 the daughter of Woodruff A. and Marjorie E. (Wilcox) Sick.  Pam was a member of the Avoca Historical Society, Eastern Stars and Curves.    She retired from the Bath V.A.M.C. 

She is survived by her husband Thomas R. Bolton of Avoca, NY, sister and best friend, Barb (David) Chase of Elmira Heights, NY, son, Michael (Lizzy) Merrills of Wayland, NY, daughter Sandra (James) Scott of Lockwood, NY; grandsons, Rob (Alex) Merrills of Port St. Lucie, FL. and Matthew (Lindsay) Scott of Seattle, WA; great grandkids, Evered Scott, Kai Merrills and Soren Scott.  In remembrance of her first husband and good friend, Robert Merrills and adopted "sister" by marriage Shelby Harris.

Family and friends are invited to call on Tuesday, November 22, 2022 at Fagan's Funeral Home in Bath, NY from 1:00-2:00 pm with a Memorial Service to follow at 2:00 pm at the funeral home.  Burial will be in Bath National Cemetery at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in her name may be made to the Avoca Historical Society, Breast Cancer Awareness and American Cancer Society.
