I have known Jim since the early 1940's; from Kindergarten all the way through High School, until now; about 72 years. He has always been someone i could chat with; he has always been a gentleman, a hard worker, a provider, a good family man and a patriot. During his life he significantly contributed to the lives of those who live in Bath and the surrounding area and of the history of Steuben County. He has always been a good friend. My sincere condolences to Mary and his family.
