Carmen M. Nugent, age 36, of Bath died Saturday, January 2, 2016 at home in Bath. Carmen was born September 1, 1979 in Leesburg, FL. She is the daughter of Randall L. Hughes and Sherrie (O'Della) Hughes. She was married to Robert Nugent and they had recently relocated to the Bath area after living in California for several years.
At her request there will be no services.
