To Lillian's family i'd like to say how sorry i am for the loss of your family member.
I got to know Lillian a little bit over the couple of years i've been teaching Bible reading classes at the Steuben Center. She came once or twice; after that we spoke briefly while she was in the hallway. She would usually tell me she was cold, so we tried to wrap her up a little more.
Though i didn't get to know her very well, we did talk every week briefly for at least a year if not two (my time memory isn't that great) She seemed like a direct, and truthful kind of person.
I really liked her alot and will miss saying hi to her and trying to wrap her up a bit more for warmth.
There can be comfort in reading what the Bible says at Psalm 37:29, John 11:11,43,44, and Revelation 21:3,4 regarding the future of good people even if they have passed. Those scriptures have sure been comforting to me since my mother passed away.
Again, so sorry for the pain you are no doubt feeling over losing a special family member and friend.
