DJ was like a 2nd mom to me in the '80s, when I was a frequent visitor to the Townsend's with daughter, Kathie. She was a kind and gentle person and a terrific role model. She welcomed me into the Townsend home just about every month when Kathie and I would visit from Buffalo. We had good talks at the dinner table, which with DJ was always wonderful. I loved how she started her business and how well she did. She was and important person in my life and even though I haven't seen her in several years, I thought of her very fondly a lot. Love to Bob, Kathie and the rest of the family.
