Obituary of Patricia A. Loza Robbins

Patricia Loza Robbins, 76, of Bath, NY, passed away peacefully at home early Friday morning September 23, 2016. She was born in Bath, NY on April 18, 1940, daughter of the late Michael and Leona (Kondrat) Loza. She was married on August 20, 1960 in Kanona, NY to Harold Robbins. Pat was a member of the Kanona United Methodist Church and over the years she was the church treasurer, Sunday school teacher, youth leader, choir member and church trustee. She was the Postmaster of Kanona, NY for 30 years, retiring in 1998. Prior to being the postmaster Pat was a former office manager of Steuben Rural Electric. She was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother. She loved God and spending time with family; especially her grandchildren. Pat also enjoyed dancing the polka, snowmobiling, riding her moped, card parties, along with her gardening, cooking and baking. Patricia is survived by her beloved husband of 56 years; Harold Robbins, her son James (Carrie) Robbins and children; Avery Brandow, Ainsley and Arlynn, one daughter Judith (Dana) Towner and children; Dillon and Daniel, and her son Jeffrey (Linda) Robbins and children; Sam, Ellie, Jack, Camden and Teddie. She is also survived by her two brothers; Michael (Kathy) Loza and John (Joyce) Loza and several nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be held on Monday September 26th from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 pm at Fagan's Funeral Home, 31 West Morris St., Bath, NY. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday September 27th at 11:00 am at the Kanona United Methodist Church with Reverend Alan Jones officiating. Burial will follow in Nondaga Cemetery, Bath.
