Agnes V. "Dutch" Eister, age 89, of Shiremans Town, PA and formerly of Bath, NY went to be with the Lord on March 13, 2017. She was the daughter of Dewey and Mary (Curren) Scouten. She had worked at Corning Glass in her early years and she worked at the Bacalles Restaurant and the Baron Steuben Hotel in Corning, NY. She is survived by her daughter, Diana (James) Dietsche of Shiremans Town, PA, son, Kenneth (LuAnn) Stocum of Lawrenceville, PA; grandchildren, John (Kristy) Dietsche, Thomas (Adrienne) Dietsche and James (Amy) Dietsche, several other grandchildren and great grandchildren, sister Gertrude Fitzsimmons and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Mrs. Eister was the wife of the late Harold Stocum and the late Thomas Eister. She was also predeceased by her son Harold Stocum, brother, Kenneth Scouten and sisters, Marion, Janice, Eleanor and Esther. Family and friends are invited to call at Fagan's Funeral Home, Bath, NY on Saturday, March 18th from 12:00-2:00 pm with a funeral service to follow at 2:00 pm with Deacon Tom Jack officiating. Burial will be in Nondaga Cemetery, Bath, NY at a later date.
