Obituary of James R. Belcher

James R. Belcher, age 89, of Canisteo, NY died Saturday, May 20, 2017 at the Bath VA Medical Center. He was born January 30, 1928 in Greenville, NY the son of Harry and Ruth M. (Mason) Belcher. Mr. Belcher was an US Army Veteran. He was the Property Manager for Trail Blazer Camps in Montague, NJ.
He is survived by his sons, Steven and Timothy Belcher of Canisteo, NY and Michael Belcher of Topeka, KS three grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife Rose; two sons, Peter and Paul, sister Virginia Schear and three brothers, William, Harry and Robert.
A private graveside service with military honors will be held at the convenience of the famiy.
Fagan's Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
