Obituary of Karen Rae Helm

Karen Rae Helm, age 65, of Bath, NY, died Monday, August 14, 2017 at the Taylor Health Center in Bath, NY. She was born October 7, 1951 in Hornell, NY the daughter of Raymond and Joyce (Shaut) Clark. Karen owned and operated Skyline Communications in Bath. She loved music and enjoyed singing and playing guitar with her children and local bands. She is survived by her loving husband of 43 years, Frank C. Helm; daughters, Kimberly Rae (Joel) Havens and Frankie Rae (Casey) Burns, son, Dean (Cheryl) Helm; stepchildren, Floyd C.(Sylvia) Helm, Phil J.(Penny) Helm, Fawn Coleen(Ron) Masti and Faith Collette(Carl) Preston; grandchildren, Daniel (Kristina) Chapman, Tierra (Brady) Gleason, Leah and Brock Helm, and several other grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; siblings, Carol Clark, Carolyn Flynn, Virginia Robords, Calvin (Sharon) Clark and Raymond Clark and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, daughter Patti Yvonne Chapman; brothers, Loren and Carl and sister Sandra. Family and friends are invited to call on Saturday September 30, 2017 from 3:00-5:00 pm at Fagan's Funeral Home in Bath with a Memorial Service to follow at 5:00 pm.
