Edward W. Gilbert, Jr., age 63, of Bath, NY died Friday, February 16, 2018 at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center of Elmira, NY. He was born in Bath on September 7, 1954 the son of the late Edward W. and Genevieve (Muck) Gilbert. Ed was a graduate of Haverling Central School in Bath. He retired from Philip's Lighting of Bath.
He is survived by his son James J. Gilbert of Wellsville, NY; siblings, Jonathan (Gail) Gilbert of Rochester, NY, Ruth (Robert) Bolling and Janice Smalt both of Bath and Richard Gilbert of CT. and several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to a graveside service at Nondaga Cemetery in Bath on Thursday, February 22, 2018 at 11:00 am. Condolences may be made at www.fagansfuneralhome.com.
