Obituary of John H. Higbie

John H. Higbie, age 85, of Campbell, NY died Saturday, February 17, 2018. He was a retired Truck Driver from Polly-O Dairy of Campbell. John raised Quarter Horses on his property for years. He loved going to the Adirondacks to camp, canoe, fish and hunt.
He is survived by his sons; Stephen D. Higbie of Wayland, NY and Joseph (Pamela) Higbie of Savona, NY, daughter Teresa Higbie of Montour Falls, NY; grandchildren, Jerred (Dakota) Higbie, Jacob Higbie and Phillip Higbie and great granddaughter Evelyn Higbie. He was predeceased by his parents, wife Bettie Rae Higbie and two sisters, Joann Straulka and Joyce Twist.
A Memorial Gathering for his family and friends will be held on Sunday March 4, 2018 from 4:00-7:00 pm at the Coopers Plains Fire Hall.
