Stephanie "Stevie" Garron, age 93, of Bath, NY died Thursday, September 27, 2012 at the Taylor Health Center, Bath, NY. She was born October 24, 1918 in Florence, Vermont the daughter of Martin and Apolonia Zmuda Markowski. She was retired from Westinghouse in Bath. Mrs. Garron was a member of the St. Mary's Church in Bath, the North Cameron Grange and was on the Dairy Festival Committee. She is survived by her daughters, Marian (William) Case of Bath, NY and Patricia Garron of Painted Post, NY, sister, Ann Markowski of Albany, NY and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Steven Garron in 1983; three brothers, Frank, Joseph and William Markowski and three sisters, Matilda Pytell, Mary Moscinski and Helen Markowski. Friends may call on Monday, October 1, 2012 from 3:00-5:00 pm at Fagan's Funeral Home in Bath. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday October 3rd at 10:00 am at St. Mary's Church in Bath with Father James Jaeger as celebrant. Burial will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Bath.
