Doug Snyder and his family are my neighbors. They live right across the street from me. My heart is heavy to hear of his passing. He was the glue of our neighborhood. EVERYONE loved him. He always had a smile on his face and was always willing to help anyone. For example, last year our dog was missing and Doug was the person who found her while he was out walking his little dog (as he often did). My heart goes out to his family, he will be missed my many...including his neighbors.

Dougie, I have know you for 58 years and you have always had the same smile on your face and in your eyes. You became the "leader" among your siblings, the Patriarch of the family. You were always there for them and you taught them well. Everyone will miss you but they will be fine---go in piece. Tell Uncle Doug I said hello. Love You, Aunt Pat

Dougie was my 1st cousin, although we have not seen each other often in the last several years, he will always be special. I remember growing up that Dougie was the the guy all of us looked up too. Dougie will be remembered and missed.
