Lighting a candle to light Kim's way and remember the generous leader that she was. I worked as the executive director of Girls Incorporated of Central NY where Kim was a board member for 6 years, vice president and president of the board of directors. She was an insightful problem-solver, and compassionate and passionate about the youth and families we served. So glad she found a place in her Florida work to lead with and for people facing challenges. I am sure she made a huge impact. She was a true inspiration. Kim is a real loss for this world.

To Rich and Kim's family,
It is so heartbreaking to read of Kim's passing. Kim and I served on the Girls Incorporated Board in the 90s. Kim was a great supporter of the girls programs and helped to shape early initiatives for girls to be "Strong, smart and bold". She had a beautiful smile that never seemed to fade. My sincere condolences on the loss of Kim, a beautiful human in the lives of many.

Kim was the best boss that I ever had the pleasure of working to support. She cared about her staff and exemplified what leadership is all about in government. She put her team first and treated people as individuals deserving of respect. I will miss her deeply.

I've known Kim and Richard for about 15 years. She was tremendously talented, creative and resourceful. She was also one of the kindest people I've ever known. She glowed with love. I simply can't begin to imagine what the others who loved her are going through. We've lost a simply wonderful person.
